Excepciones a la visa mexicana:

Los viajeros que posean alguno de los siguientes documentos, independientemente de su nacionalidad, no requieren visa mexicana para viajar a México por menos de 180 días por negocios, turismo, tránsito o cualquier actividad no remunerada:

1. Residencia permanente en Canadá, Estados Unidos, Japón, Reino Unido, cualquiera de los países del Espacio Schengen o en los países de la Alianza del Pacífico (Chile, Colombia y Perú).
2. Visa válida de entrada múltiple emitida por Canadá, Estados Unidos, Japón, Reino Unido o cualquiera de los países del Espacio Schengen, siempre y cuando la visa sea válida durante toda la estadía en México.
3. Tarjeta de Viajero de Negocios APEC (ABTC) aprobada por México.

Si bien estas excepciones son generalmente conocidas por las aerolíneas, se recomienda encarecidamente confirmar con anticipación con la aerolínea la documentación necesaria para el embarque.

 Si no posee ninguno de los documentos mencionados anteriormente como excepciones, y su intención es viajar a México para una estadía menor a 180 días sin recibir remuneración en el país (negocios, turismo o tránsito), puede solicitar una visa de visitante sin autorización para realizar actividades remuneradas.

 

Información importante:

Antes de programar una cita, asegúrese de cumplir con los criterios y de tener todos los documentos requeridos, ya que cada solicitud presentada se cobrará, independientemente del resultado.

Las solicitudes de visa son personales e intransferibles; no se permite la participación de intermediarios en ninguna etapa del proceso de solicitud de visa mexicana.

 

La Oficina de Enlace de México en Taiwán no tiene afiliación con ninguna agencia de viajes ni intermediario. Programar una cita es gratuito. El pago se requiere únicamente el día de su cita en la Oficina de Visas, por la tarifa de la solicitud de visa.

 

Información general:

Una visa mexicana le permite viajar a un punto de entrada en México; sin embargo, no garantiza la entrada al país. La decisión final sobre la entrada corresponde exclusivamente a las autoridades de inmigración y salud del puerto de entrada correspondiente en México.

 

Los solicitantes son responsables de presentar todos los documentos requeridos el día de la entrevista consular y deben proporcionar la información y los datos personales que solicite la autoridad.

 

El tiempo normal de procesamiento de la solicitud de visa es de dos días hábiles; sin embargo, en ciertos casos puede demorar hasta diez días hábiles. Durante los cuales el pasaporte se debe quedar en la Oficina de Enlace. No existen solicitudes urgentes, por lo que se recomienda programar la cita con suficiente antelación.

 

Todos los documentos emitidos en países distintos a México o Taiwán deben estar apostillados o legalizados. Si los documentos están emitidos en un idioma distinto al español o inglés, también se debe presentar una traducción al español o al inglés.

 

Se recomienda no realizar ningún arreglo de viaje hasta que se le haya informado el resultado de su solicitud de visa. La Oficina de Visas no se responsabilizará de los boletos de avión comprados con anticipación.

 

Pago

Los solicitantes solo deben cubrir la tarifa de solicitud de visa el día de la cita en la Oficina de Documentación y Cultura de Servicios Comerciales de México.

El pago debe realizarse en efectivo y en dólares taiwaneses.

Los pagos no son reembolsables, independientemente del resultado de la solicitud de visa.

Visa para visitante sin autorización para realizar actividades remuneradas

Aplicable a extranjeros que deseen ingresar a México como visitantes sin autorización para realizar actividades remuneradas (como turismo, viajes de negocios, tránsito, etc.) por un período no mayor a 180 días.

 

Requisitos:

1. Formulario de solicitud de visa, debidamente completado en inglés y firmado con la misma firma que aparece en el pasaporte.

2. Pasaporte original y copia de la página principal, así como de la página con la firma del titular.
3. Una fotografía reciente tamaño pasaporte (4 cm x 3.5 cm) con fondo blanco.
4. Pago de la tarifa de solicitud de visa.

5. Solo para ciudadanos no taiwaneses. Original y copia de un documento válido que acredite estancia legal en Taiwán.
6. Presentar los documentos que cumplan con los criterios de uno de los supuestos de a) a e) especificados a continuación:

a) SOLVENCIA FINANCIERA. El solicitante debe tener un saldo promedio mensual en sus cuentas bancarias personales superior a 145 000 TWD durante los últimos tres meses. Para demostrarlo, el solicitante debe presentar lo siguiente:

i) Extractos bancarios originales (firmados y sellados por el banco) de los últimos tres meses (también se aceptan libretas bancarias, siempre que se presenten en original y se incluya una copia de la portada y las páginas que muestren los registros y el saldo de los últimos tres meses).

b) COMPROBANTE DE EMPLEO. El solicitante tiene un empleo estable con un ingreso mensual equivalente o superior a 47.000 TWD. Para demostrarlo, el solicitante debe proporcionar lo siguiente:

i) Certificado de empleo original (firmado y sellado por la empresa), emitido en papel con membrete de la empresa, que indique el nombre completo del solicitante, número de identificación, cargo, fecha de inicio del empleo, datos de contacto de la empresa y nombre y cargo del firmante.

ii) Certificado oficial de afiliación al Seguro Laboral.

iii) Extractos bancarios originales que muestren los ingresos de su salario en su cuenta durante los últimos tres meses. (Se acepta la libreta bancaria original con el registro de los últimos tres ingresos, junto con copias de la portada y las páginas con los registros de los ingresos).

c) ARRAIGO. El solicitante debe ser propietario de una propiedad en Taiwán durante un mínimo de dos años y tener un empleo estable durante al menos dos años. Para demostrarlo, el solicitante debe presentar lo siguiente:

i) Escritura de propiedad original del inmueble, emitida por las autoridades competentes, para propiedades debidamente registradas a nombre del solicitante durante un mínimo de dos años.

ii) Certificado de empleo original (firmado y sellado por la empresa), emitido en papel membretado de la empresa, que indique el nombre completo del solicitante, número de identificación, cargo, fecha de inicio del empleo, datos de contacto de la empresa y nombre y cargo del firmante.

d) VIAJERO FRECUENTE. El solicitante ha realizado al menos tres viajes internacionales durante el año anterior a la solicitud. Para demostrarlo, deberá presentar lo siguiente:

i) Copia de las páginas del pasaporte que contengan las visas válidas o los sellos de control migratorio de tres países/territorios diferentes visitados en los últimos 12 meses.

 

e) PERSONA DE LA TERCERA EDAD. El solicitante tiene más de 65 años y planea visitar México únicamente por turismo. Para demostrarlo, deberá presentar lo siguiente:

i) Copia del itinerario de vuelo a México y de regreso a su lugar de origen.

ii) Copia de cualquier otra reservación, como hotel, compra de paquetes turísticos, etc.

 

Los solicitantes que no cumplan con los requisitos de ninguno de los escenarios a) a e) anteriores, así como aquellos que tengan circunstancias especiales, deben escribir un correo electrónico a Esta dirección de correo electrónico está siendo protegida contra los robots de spam. Información importante para solicitantes menores de edad:

• En el caso de menores de edad o personas bajo tutela legal, según lo define la ley civil, el formulario de solicitud de visa debe estar firmado por ambos padres o por la persona que ejerce la patria potestad o la tutela legal, en presencia del funcionario consular. Los padres también deben presentar el registro familiar que acredite esta relación.
• Si uno de los padres no se presenta personalmente en la oficina consular para obtener la visa de su hijo menor, deberá presentar una autorización notariada del otro padre, manifestando su consentimiento para que el menor obtenga una visa mexicana.
• En el caso de menores cuya patria potestad se haya otorgado a un solo padre por orden judicial, deberá presentar una copia certificada del documento oficial que otorga dicha patria potestad. Si el documento fue emitido en un tercer país, deberá estar legalizado o apostillado, según corresponda, y acompañado de una traducción si está en un idioma distinto del español o el inglés.
• Los padres o tutores legales deberán presentar una identificación oficial válida con fotografía y firma, cuyos nombres deben coincidir exactamente con los que aparecen en el certificado de nacimiento.

 

Citas

Cada solicitante deberá solicitar una cita a través del sistema oficial de citas del gobierno de México en el siguiente enlace:

Los solicitantes solo podrán programar una cita consular a la vez. No se permiten citas múltiples. Si se detecta que un solicitante tiene más de una cita programada, la Oficina cancelará todas las citas realizadas por dicho solicitante.

 

Las citas consulares son personales y deben realizarse en persona. En el caso de grupos o familias, cada miembro debe tener una cita consular individual.

La información de contacto utilizada para programar las citas debe pertenecer al solicitante, excepto en el caso de menores de edad, quienes pueden usar la información de contacto del padre, madre o tutor legal que los acompañe a la cita consular.

No se aceptarán llegadas tardías.

La disponibilidad de citas es limitada debido a la alta demanda de servicios consulares.

墨西哥簽證豁免情形

持有下列任一文件之旅客，不論國籍，前往墨西哥從事商務、觀光、過境或任何不涉及營利之活動且停留不超過180天者，無須申請墨西哥簽證：

1. 持有加拿大、美國、日本、英國、任何申根區國家，或太平洋聯盟國家（智利、哥倫比亞及秘魯）之永久居留身分。
2. 持有加拿大、美國、日本、英國或任何申根區國家核發之有效多次入境簽證，且該簽證於整個墨西哥停留期間皆保持有效。
3. 持有經墨西哥核准之APEC商務旅行卡（ABTC）。

雖然上述豁免規定一般為航空公司所知悉，但仍強烈建議旅客事先向航空公司確認登機所需文件。

如果您不具備上述任何例外情況所列文件，且計劃前往墨西哥停留不超過180天，且在墨西哥境內不從事任何營利活動（商務、旅遊或過境），您可以申請非從事營利活動的訪客簽證。

 

重要資訊

預約前，請確認您符合申請條件並備齊所有所需文件，因所有遞交之簽證申請均須繳納費用，且不論申請結果為何，費用均不退還。

簽證申請屬個人且不得轉讓；墨西哥簽證申請流程任何階段均不允許透過仲介辦理。

墨西哥商務簽證文件暨文化辦事處與任何旅行社或仲介均無合作關係。預約完全免費。申請人僅需於簽證面談當日繳納簽證申請費。

 

一般資訊

持有墨西哥簽證者得前往墨西哥申請入境；惟簽證核發並不保證得以入境。准予或拒絕入境之最終決定，悉由墨西哥相關入境口岸之移民及衛生主管機關依法裁定。

申請人有責任於領事面談當日提交所有規定文件，並提供主管機關要求之資訊及個人資料。

簽證申請一般審理時間為兩個工作天；但部分案件可能需時最長十個工作天。護照須留在墨西哥商務簽證文件暨文化辦事處作業。本處不受理急件申請，建議申請人提前安排預約。

凡於墨西哥及台灣以外國家核發之文件，均須完成海牙認證或領事驗證。如文件非以西班牙文或英文製作，另須附上西班牙文或英文譯本。

建議申請人在獲知簽證結果前，不要安排任何旅行行程。本處對提前購買之機票概不負責。

 

費用

申請人僅需於預約當日前往墨西哥商務文件暨文化辦事處繳納簽證申請費。

費用須以現金支付，且必須使用新台幣。

無論簽證申請結果如何，所有費用均不予退還。

不具工作許可之訪客簽證

適用於擬以訪客身分入境墨西哥，從事觀光、商務旅行、過境等不涉及報酬活動，且停留期間不超過180天之外籍人士。

申請文件

1. 簽證申請表，須以英文完整填寫，並以與護照相同之簽名簽署。點此下載。
2. 護照正本，以及護照資料頁與簽名頁影本。
3. 最近拍攝之白底護照規格照片一張（4公分 × 3.5公分）。
4. 簽證申請費。點擊此處查看當前領事費。
5. 僅適用於非台灣籍申請人：合法居留台灣之有效證明文件正本及影本。
6. 須提出符合以下 a) 至 e) 任一情況之證明文件

a) 財力證明

申請人於最近三個月內，其個人銀行帳戶每月平均餘額須高於145,000新台幣。須提供：

i) 最近三個月之銀行對帳單正本（須有銀行簽章）。亦接受銀行存摺正本，但須附上封面及顯示最近三個月交易紀錄與餘額頁面之影本。

 

b) 在職證明

申請人須擁有穩定工作，且月收入達47,000新台幣。須提供：

i) 公司出具之在職證明正本（須簽名及蓋章），並使用公司正式信紙，內容須載明：申請人的全名、身份證號碼、職位、入職日期、公司聯絡方式以及簽字人的姓名和職位。

ii) 勞工保險投保證明。

iii) 最近三個月顯示薪資入帳紀錄之銀行對帳單正本。亦接受存摺正本及最近三筆薪資入帳紀錄，並附封面及相關頁面影本。

 

c) 不動產

申請人須於台灣持有不動產至少兩年，並擁有穩定工作至少兩年。須提供：

i) 由主管機關核發、登記於申請人名下至少兩年以上之不動產所有權狀正本及影本。

ii) 公司出具之在職證明正本（須簽名及蓋章），並使用公司正式信紙，內容須載明：申請人的全名、身份證號碼、職位、入職日期、公司聯絡方式以及簽字人的姓名和職位。

 

d) 頻繁旅客

申請人在提出申請前一年內，曾進行至少三次國際旅行。須提供：

i) 護照中載有有效簽證或最近12個月內曾造訪三個不同國家／地區之出入境章頁面影本。

 

e) 長者

申請人年滿65歲以上，且赴墨西哥目的僅為觀光。須提供：

i) 往返墨西哥機票行程影本。

ii) 其他相關預訂證明影本，例如：飯店預訂、旅遊套裝行程購買證明等

未成年申請人重要資訊

• 未成年人或依法受監護之人士，其簽證申請表須由父母雙方或具有親權／法定監護權之人於領事官員面前簽署，並須提出戶籍資料證明親屬關係。
• 若父母其中一方未親自到領事處辦理未成年子女簽證，須提出另一方經公證之同意書，表示同意未成年人申請墨西哥簽證。
• 若法院裁定親權僅由一方行使，須提出授予親權之正式文件經認證副本。如文件由第三國核發，須依規定完成驗證或海牙認證，並於非西班牙文或英文時附譯本。
• 父母或法定監護人須提出附照片及簽名之有效官方身分證件，其姓名須與出生證明文件完全一致。

申請人一次僅能預約一個領事面談時段，不得重複預約。如發現同一申請人同時持有多個預約，本處將取消其所有預約。

領事預約均須由本人親自出席。如為團體或家庭申請，每位成員均須個別預約領事面談。

預約時所填聯絡資訊必須屬於申請人本人；未成年人則可使用陪同出席之父母或法定監護人聯絡資訊。

 

遲到者恕不受理。

Citizens of the territories listed in the link below — including Taiwan — require a visa to travel to Mexico for tourism, transit, business, or any non-remunerated activity for a period not exceeding 180 days.

Before scheduling an appointment, please read the following information carefully:

Mexican visa exceptions:

Travelers who hold any of the following documents, regardless of their nationality, do not require a Mexican visa to travel to Mexico for less than 180 days for business, tourism, transit or any non-remunerated activity:

1. Permanent residence in Canada, the United States of America, Japan, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, any of the countries comprising the Schengen Area, or in the countries of the Pacific Alliance (Chile, Colombia and Peru).
2. Valid multiple entry visa issued by Canada, the United States of America, Japan, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland or any of the countries comprising the Schengen Area, as long as the visa is valid during the entire stay in Mexico.
3. APEC Business Traveler Card (ABTC) approved by Mexico.

Although these exceptions are generally known by airlines, it is strongly recommended to confirm in advance with the airline the necessary documents for boarding.

If you do not have any of the documents listed above as exceptions, and your intention is to travel to Mexico for a stay of less than 180 days without receiving remuneration in Mexico (business, tourism or transit), you may apply for a visa for visitor without permission to carry out paid activities. 

Important information:

Before scheduling an appointment, please ensure that you meet the criteria and have prepared all documents listed in the requirements, as every application submitted will be charged, regardless of the result.

Visa applications are personal and non-transferable; the participation of intermediaries is not permitted at any stage of the Mexican visa application process.

The Mexican Trade Services Documentation and Cultural Office has no affiliation with any travel agency or intermediary. Scheduling an appointment is free of charge. Payment is only required on the day of your appointment at the Visa Office, for the visa application assessment fee.

General information

A Mexican visa allows you to travel to a point of entry in Mexico; however, it does not guarantee the entry into the country. The final decision regarding entry lies solely with the immigration and health authorities at the respective port of entry in Mexico.

Applicants are responsible for submitting all required documents on the day of the consular interview and must provide the information and personal data requested by the authority.

The normal processing time for the visa application is two working days, however in certain cases it may take up to ten working days. The passport has to remain in the Mexican Trade Services, Documentation and Cultural Office until the end of the processing time. There are no expedited procedures, so it is strongly advised to schedule your appointment well in advance.

All documents issued in countries other than Mexico or Taiwan must be apostilled or legalized. If the documents are issued in a language other than Spanish or English, a translation to Spanish or English must also be submitted.

It is strongly advised not to make any travel arrangements until you have been informed of the result of your visa application. The Visa Office will not be responsible for any flight tickets purchased in advance.

Payment

Applicants are only required to cover the visa application fee on the day of the appointment in the Mexican Trade Services Documentation and Cultural Office.

Payment must be made in cash and in New Taiwan dollars.

All payments are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the visa application.

Visa for visitor without permission to carry out paid activities

Applicable to foreigners who intend to enter Mexico as visitors without permission to carry out paid activities (such as tourism, business trips, transit, etc.) for a period not exceeding 180 days.

Requirements:

1. Visa application form, duly filled in English and signed with the same signature as in passport.

2. Original passport and copy of main page as well as page with signature of bearer.
3. A recent passport-sized photograph (4 cm x 3.5 cm) with white background.
4. Payment of the visa application fee.

5. Only for non-Taiwanese citizens.Original and copy of a valid document proving legal stay in the Taiwan.
6. Submit the documents that meet the criteria for oneof the scenarios from a) to e) as specified below:

a) FINANCIAL SOLVENCY. Applicant has an average monthly balance in personal bank accounts which exceeds TWD 145,000 for each and every one of the last three months, to prove this applicant must provide the following:

i) Original (wet signed, stamped/certified by the bank) last three months’ bank statements (bank books are also accepted, as long as they are provided in original and copy of the cover and pages of the bank book which show the records and balance for the past 3 months).

b) PROOF OF EMPLOYMENT.Applicant has stable employment with a monthly income which is equivalent to TWD 47,000, to prove this applicant must provide the following:

i) Original (wet signed, stamped/certified by the company) certificate of employment, issued on the company’s letterhead, stating the applicant’s full name, ID number, position, date of initial employment, the company’s contact details, and the name and position of the signatory.

ii) Official certificate of Labor Insurance enrolment.

iii) Original bank statements showing salary transfers into your account for the last three months. (original bank book with record of the last 3 salary transfers is accepted, with copies of the cover of bank book and pages with the records of salary transfer).

c) ROOTS (TIES TO TAIWAN).Applicant owns a property in Taiwan for a minimum of two years and must have stable employment for at least two years, to prove this applicant must provide the following:

i) Original title deed of the real estate property, issued by the competent authorities, for properties duly registered under the applicant’s name for a minimum of two years.

ii) Original (wet signed, stamped/certified by the company) certificate of employment, issued on the company’s letterhead, stating the applicant’s full name, ID number, position, date of initial employment, the company’s contact details, and the name and position of the signatory.

d) INTERNATIONAL TRAVELER.Applicant has made at least three international tripswithin the year prior to application, to prove this applicant must provide the following:

i) Copy of the passport pages which contain the valid visas or immigration control stamps of three different countries/territories visited within the previous 12 months.

e) SENIOR CITIZEN.Applicant is over 65 years of age and is planning to visit Mexico for tourism only, to prove this applicant must provide the following:

i) Copy of flight itineraryto Mexico and back to place of origin.

ii) Copy of any other reservations like hotel, purchases of tourist packages, etc.

Important Information for Minor Applicants

• In the case of minors or individuals under legal guardianship as defined by civil law, the visa application form must be signed by both parents or by the person exercising parental authority or legal guardianship, in the presence of the consular officer. Parents must also bring the family register which proves this relationship.
• If one of the parents does not appear in person at the consular office to obtain the visa for their minor child, a notarized authorization from the other parent must be submitted, stating their consent for the child to obtain a Mexican visa.
• In the case of minors whose parental authority is granted solely to one parent by court ruling, a certified copy of the official document granting such authority must be submitted. If the document was issued in a third country, it must be legalized or apostilled, as applicable, and accompanied by a translation if it is in a language other than Spanish or English.
• Parents and legal guardians are required to present a valid, official photo identification with a signature, in which the names must match exactly as they appear on the birth certificate.

Applicants are only allowed to schedule one consular appointment at a time. Multiple appointments are not permitted. If an applicant is found to have more than one appointment scheduled, the Office will cancel all appointments made by that applicant.

Consular appointments are personal and must be attended in person. In the case of groups or families, each member must have an individual consular appointment.

The contact information used to schedule appointments must belong to the applicant, except for minors who may use the contact information for the parent or legal guardian that accompanies the minor to the consular appointment.

Late arrivals will not be accepted.

Appointment availability is limited due to high demand for consular services.
